2.1 Scope of Work
The scope of our services will be defined in the service agreement. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for our services must be made in full upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any additional costs arising from unforeseen circumstances will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel our services by providing written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. In the event of cancellation within 24-48 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds will be issued in cases where services have not been rendered as agreed. Any claims for refunds must be made within 14 days of service completion.

6. Responsibilities of the Customer
You agree to:

- Comply with all payment terms outlined
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information necessary to provide our services. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be provided upon request.
8. Liability
We are committed to handling your belongings with care. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to items that were not declared before the clearance. It is recommended that you list and value any items of significant worth.
Our liability for any claims arising out of our services is limited to the total value of the services provided.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hackney.
